About the Role

At Art of Drawers, our Designers are the heart of what we do. They don’t just sell a product , they solve real problems for real people. By turning cluttered, frustrating spaces into organized, functional, and beautiful areas, our Designers bring comfort and joy back into our clients’ homes.
 
 As an Art of Drawers Designer, you’ll meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs, offer creative design solutions, and guide them through the transformation process. You’ll have the freedom to design your own schedule and the satisfaction of helping clients fall in love with their homes again — all while earning outstanding commissions.
 
 This is a perfect opportunity for someone who loves creativity, connection, and flexibility — whether you’re seeking part-time work or a larger time commitment.
 
 Compensation: Commission (typical earnings equivalent to $60–$120 per hour)

What You’ll Do

·       Conduct professional in-home design consultations with potential clients

·       Create smart, functional, and beautiful design solutions using our product offerings

·       Upload leads, estimates, orders, and project photos accurately and on time

·       Collect client deposits and ensure all project details are properly documented

·       Attend designer onboarding and ongoing sales & design training sessions

·       Follow up with clients to nurture relationships and close opportunities

·       Partner with our installation team to ensure a seamless client experience from design to completion

What We’re Looking For

·       Previous sales experience (in-home or consultative sales preferred)

·       Comfort with technology and the ability to learn our digital design and CRM tools

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

·       A friendly, professional demeanor with a drive to connect and build trust

·       A motivated, creative mindset with a genuine passion for helping others improve their spaces
