Position Overview

Art of Drawers is seeking a skilled Custom Refacing Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in kitchen cabinet refacing, including replacing cabinet doors and applying high-quality refacing materials to cabinet fronts and sides. You are detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate about delivering top-notch craftsmanship that delights every client.
 
 As a key member of our installation team, you’ll help transform kitchens and living spaces, ensuring each project meets our high standards for quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

·       Install cabinet refacing materials, including veneers and laminates, on cabinet exteriors

·       Replace cabinet doors with precise alignment and flawless fit

·       Ensure all installations meet Art of Drawers’ standards for quality and professionalism

·       Communicate effectively with clients and team members to create a seamless, positive experience

·       Maintain organized work practices and ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately

Requirements

·       Proven experience in kitchen cabinet refacing

·       Strong ability to measure, cut, and install materials with precision

·       Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail

·       Strong communication and customer service skills

·       Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
