Responsibilities:
  • Install custom drawers and cabinetry with precision and attention to detail.
  • Measure and cut materials according to specifications for optimal fit.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Ensure all installations meet quality and safety standards.
  • Provide exceptional customer service during and after installations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving any installation issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance skills.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in carpentry or cabinet installation.
  • Strong knowledge of tools and materials used in custom installations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused demeanor.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
