Art of Drawers is looking for motivated individuals to conduct in-home consultations, identify client needs, and recommend custom organization solutions that enhance the style, functionality, and accessibility of everyday spaces. We provide comprehensive training. You bring the enthusiasm, drive, and passion for helping clients transform their homes.

Your Responsibilities
- Conduct professional in-home sales consultations
- Keep Canvas™ calendar up to date for scheduling
- Keep calendar up to date for scheduling
- Promptly upload all sales documentation to Canvas™
- Complete initial Designer Training and meet certification requirements
- Possess basic computer skills and have access to a laptop
Your Training/Support
- Complete 8 hours of initial DesignerTraining on products, sales techniques, and Canvas™ software
- Obtain a Designer Kit with samples and materials for creating solutions
- Receive personalized business cards
Your Commitment
- $300 deposit for Designer Kit, refundable after your 10th sale or upon kit return
- Complete 5 practice appointments
- Achieve one self-generated sale before taking on pre-set Art of Drawers appointments
Your Compensation
- Earn up to 15% in sales commissions, with average earnings of $80 to $120 per hour based on performance
- Additional bonus incentives available for meeting or exceeding sales targets
