The role combines consultative sales, space planning, product expertise, and relationship building into one rewarding career. The Art of Drawers design process is built around understanding the customer's needs first, then creating solutions that improve workflow, accessibility, visibility, and organization. 

The key quality of a successful designer is a genuine commitment to helping people by educating them on the products and possibilities that make up Art of Drawers’ services.

Our Designer roles are flexible - You set your hours. You decide how far you travel. You decide your sales goals. 

Design Sales Consultants are paid commission at the time of the sale and may access bonus opportunities and lucrative referral fees.

Training

Art of Drawers creates joyful, inspirational experiences for our clients through custom-crafted pull-out drawers in cabinets. By designing and installing pull-out drawers and other organizational solutions, we give our customers more space, more organization, and frustration-free access to the items they use every day. We are growing in St Louis and surrounding areas and are looking to hire people-oriented Designers to engage new, prospective clients and sell our organizational solutions. We provide the training and you provide the passion and motivation.
