At Art of Drawers, Design Associates use those same skills to help clients solve frustrating home storage issues with custom solutions. No design degree required.
What You Get
- Pay Upgrade: $80-$120/hour (up to 19% commission rate per job)
- Monthly Bonuses: Based upon performance
- Flexible Schedule: Work the days you want (e.g., Tuesdays - Thursdays)
- Full Time or Part Time: Your call. Most designers start part time around another job and scale up as their pipeline fills.
- Mostly Field Work: 90% client homes, 10% home office (no standing behind a counter all day)

What You'll Do
- Meet clients at their homes to understand their storage frustrations
- Recommend custom solutions that actually solve their problems (consultative, not pushy sales)
- Follow up with your client base to ensure they're happy and refer friends
- Coordinate with the team and manage your appointments
