Art of Drawers of East Tennessee is growing, and we’re looking for an outgoing, motivated In-Home Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. No design experience is required—we provide the training, tools, and support you need to succeed.

This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity with $5,000–$7,000+ monthly earning potential at target performance levels, plus additional upside as you grow your sales and client base.

What You’ll Do
Meet with homeowners in their homes to understand what they’d like to improve about the function and appearance of their spaces, then design customized solutions using our premium pull-out drawers, cabinet organization products, and cabinet refacing options.

This is an in-home sales role with a design component. You’ll build rapport, uncover needs, recommend solutions, present pricing, and ask for the business—all through a consultative, customer-focused approach.

Art of Drawers invests in local marketing, events, and partnerships to generate appointments for our consultants. You’ll also learn how to develop additional opportunities through relationships, referrals, and networking.

Training & Support
We provide a structured onboarding and certification process including product, sales, and design training, practice consultations, field experience, and ongoing coaching.

We provide the training, systems, product, marketing, and support. You bring the people skills and drive.
